After I book a service, what happens next?

When you book a service you will be asked to complete a short booking form, which may require you to also complete a questionnaire for additional details. Shortly after you book your service with us you will should receive an email confirmation with a zoom link for the day and time you selected. More information on each service process is available by clicking on them individually. 

What if I don't have Zoom?

If you don't have Zoom we can discuss the service you selected over the phone. We prefer that you to download the free Zoom app, but understand that it is not always an option.

When is payment due?

Payment is due when services are booked. The booking process will take you to the payment screen before confirming your appointment. 

What if I need to cancel a session?

If your cancellation is at least 24 hours in advance of your schedule session, we will allow you to reschedule your session up to two times. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

What do services typically include?

All services include a Zoom meeting and up to two draft revisions if document creation is a part of the service. If you require additional revisions you will need to book a second service.
